Pros

Competitive salary, benefits. It's always the people that make the work fun. Awesome staff in every department.

Cons

Annual rounds of lay offs to appease Wall Street; as a result, many face the challenges of being forced out of work. New CEO and different thought process will hopefully get it right and end the cycle. Here's hoping it works this time.

Great colleagues!, Not a bad commute if you live on the South shore or surrounding towns, Pay and Benefits good.

Cons

Executive management team not at all engaged with the employees, Work schedule is rigid and not very progressive, outdated facility and mindset of some management, work assignments not very challenging

Good product lines, hardworking co workers, flexible work-life balance.

Cons

Management doesn't recognize good work. So much change going on that they can't see what's in front of them. The process leading up to their "lay offs" was full of empty promises. hard work and effort goes unnoticed by most and employee morale was/is low for past several years. Constant turnover.
