I was able to work from home.

Cons

Leadership does not provide clear guidance and direction to the team and communication skills are sorely lacking. They also display a lack of technical knowledge and understanding of the software development process.

Meaningful work, mostly solid people.

Cons

Continuous string of acquiring software companies seems like dubious strategy - they aren't a software company and don;t know how to be one, at least not yet. Only time, and more layoffs, will tell if this can work.
