Henkel is a great company to work because is opened to diversity and inclusion, there are all the time opportunities to take challenges and get great networking with people from all over the world, its values create confidence and full commitments with our tasks and the same time let to its employees to grow. It is a great pleasure for me to be part of the Henkel team.

Cons

Is that Henkel sites and offices are a bit far from my house, however, compensates with the benefits and privileges it gives me as employee.

The company creates a sense of belonging within a challenging working atmosphere, it develops your skills and shapes you into a better employee. Through this 16 months the company has shown great leadership with a humane approach towards its employees, looking after us, while providing the tools, resources and environment needed to excel in our work.

Cons

Despite being a global company some of its products are better known than the company itself, perhaps promoting the Henkel name as a global brand company would be a good investment.
