Pros

Good company with a great legacy on business and brands. The company cares about the people (truly) this has been shown in the COVID-19 crisis management, as they have made decision to protect the people and not only their employees but also the partners and vendors. Really diverse environment with inclusion in all llevels and ways, that is really valuable. The company has a purpose and connects all the EVP to it, so the people can connect in the same manner, I find this incredible! we make a difference not only at the office but way beyond!

Cons

Matrix based structure, to have more focus, but sometime this makes it complicated. process oriented, as it is a really compliant and ethical company, this is the reason behind the proces and all the standards, but again this makes it complicated. The compay is evolving and making a cultural transformation and this some times leads to more workload.
