Really stressful, long hours working, really long and complex processes which makes the company unflexible, no interest in people from HR point of view. Company far from values they claim

Growing organization with opportunity for advancement. Good compensation. Great reputation for sustainability. Great product technology. Financially strong. North America has a lot of growth opportunities for Henkel.

Cons

Senior leadership disproportionately expats who along with global HQ do not fully understand US market, US employees. Tend to view IT as an expense, not an investment. Operates more as a German/Western European company with international affiliates than as a global company.
