      Worldwide company in over 40 countries which gives you global presence. Our hair-care products are premium and really can impact your business.

      Cons

      Processes. Processes. Processes. A lot of the time we are dictated by Germany on how to run our business. It becomes complicated because the US market is very different. I work specifically for Schwarzkopf Professional. It seems like a never ending battle to get anything accomplished or to make changes. Everything must go through 27 steps before its approved and meanwhile we have lost many opportunities.

      Phenomenal product technology. Strong market position in many markets. Diversified products and customers.

      Cons

      Job rotation at senior levels leads to people with no domain knowledge of their area trying to manage it. Too much focus on sales to the exclusion of all else. Silo thinking between departments and business groups.
