      Benefits on your first day!

      Lean Manufacturing = making employees work overtime instead of hiring enough people to cover the machines. Too many chiefs, not enough indians.

      Pros

      I've been employed here for about a year. We get early release on the Friday before holidays. There were a few social days where we bbq'd got extra lunch time. Staff is fun and easy going for the most part.

      Cons

      I've seen several employees shifted from departments when they're just getting a hang of their own. Office staff presence, what seems too often

      Pros

      Varation of tasks and a great deal of responsibility. I really learnt a lot! Nice collegues of a wide age span. Some of management were great, others slightly less so.

      Cons

      Internal processes were sometimes hard to keep track on, and what I could and couldn't, as well as should and shouldn't, was not always clear. Also, more initiatives on team building would have been beneficial.
