      Good pay and Great benefits. Decent management. They have treat day once a month where they buy cookie for the employees.

      Cons

      If you are a temporary employee it can take a while to get hired full time. Some people over a year.

      You have exposure that you can use to your advantage by networking and interacting with the write people.

      Cons

      In the Marketing department depending on whom you work with you might end up doing tasks from everyone that they don't want to do themselves. Everything that is boring or uninteresting goes to you. They are quite unprofessional and I did not feel that my opinion was taken into account. A lot of politics. A lot of gossip.
