      Some great people and big stable company

      Cons

      Time off (2 weeks), inflexible for no reason, everything has to be approved by Top dogs in Germany. No career development, short staffed. Too worried about image a lot of sweeping under the carpet. Do not want to know the reality. Work in silos. Management does not take ownership but instead will assign one individual take the blame.

      Killer workload - no W/L balance

      Large company with some interesting products.

      Cons

      Severely Understaffed & Overworked. Constantly add projects, but don't add staff/resources to do them. Some dept heads need to learn how to say No in order to retain their people as there are only so many hours in a day & weekend. HQ does not seem to care about USA employees' Work/Life balance as evident by the much lower Euro workloads & higher staff counts in same depts and by their refusal to add USA staff when needed..

      Huge workload/low salary

      Pros

      1.) Home office but that should be a standard in every corporate. 2.) The fact I got kicked out lade my mental health and life much better. My mental health deteriorated so badly in 3months due to all the stress and workload that I started having serious health problems.

      Cons

      1.) Zero work/life balance. I felt like an empty shell every day after work. 2.) Useless benefits. Better pay Higher wages. Not everyone is interested in multisport card or Henkel shop. 3.) Extremely stressful work environment and toxic managers. 4.) No system in training new people. Just big chaos. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing..They don't know how to train new people. Instead of explaining things well, I was forced to do lots if online courses every day. Most of them were completely useless for my job and it was a total waste of time. 5.) No equality. 6.) Sexual harassment. 7.) Poorly working laptop and constant issues with it. When I started, they were not even able to set my laptop properly and I couldn't do anything for first two weeks because the programs I needed for daily work didn't work. 8.) Unrealistic expectations. This job was the worse job I've ever had. I was expected to learn things that people learned in one year in less than 3months. I got kicked just because I couldn't.
