The laser focus on shareholder value for the past 12 years has removed any distractions that would normally be associated with a future-focused work environment. There is nearly no personal responsibility required, because everything is someone else's job. It's truly a modern management paradise! It's truly easy to not actually do work, because change might happen, or because the responsibility tree is impenetrable and personal responsibility is simply not a priority. It's all about the PowerPoint, until the template changes and then thank goodness because I was starting to get caught up on my TPS reports. The avoidance of leadership is spectacular to behold.

Fast paced, challenging environment with lots of career opportunities. Good company to work for if you are interested in internal mobility and are comfortable with change. I have changed jobs a few times already in just a few years and have learned a lot. Very flexible with work life balance. They also have some great training and development opportunities and lots of chances to work with global colleagues. The people are smart and good to work with.
