      Pros

      After the recent merger our company culture has been front of mind and the team are moving forward together. It creates a lovely working environment with team members who are your biggest supporters. As we get ready to move to our brand new office, I'm excited to see how we can continue to build great relationships.

      It takes time for certain job opportunities to become available, but that is like many other work places.

      Pros

      The people at Henkel are one of the best parts of the job. Everyone wants to see you succeed with everything you work on, and it makes it very easy to talk to employees from different job functions. You really do feel like you are making an impact on the business with every project you’re working on.

      Cons

      There really isn’t many cons that come to mind. While at times it can be a little hectic juggling multiple projects, people are there to support you and make sure you are not over capacity.
