Disciplinary actions are held seriously, but they are not held against an individual permanently – employees can grow and demonstrate improvement. Participation in our workstreams (our employee resource groups) is voluntary and not a factor in promotion, but they play an important role in fostering sense of community, building networks, and providing employees opportunities to hone their leadership, collaboration and project management skills.
