-Healthy benefits package for pension and death in service -Company vehicle -Really in depth training -Some great people in the company

Cons

So there are clear disconnects between the leadership team and those of us on the ground. Causing many to leave the company in recent months. The largest issues -Convoluted bonus system -No flat increase of salary (Even though the company has seen 30% growth in GB) -Line managers having to take time off with stress -Areas which will constantly be moved around, meaning you lose customers whom you have a strong relationship with and now have to start from square one -Issues with the wider business, specifically couriers and repairs -No space for progression -An obsession with growing the sales division even more, causing areas to be smaller and wages to remain diluted -Unobtainable targets Many more issues.

Most colleagues and peers were great people, who try their hardest to uphold the Hilti culture

Cons

Higher management may seem like they care about you - but it definitely isn't the case behind the scenes. Personal, sensitive and UNTRUE information was spread incredibly publicly to random colleagues/peers, for no reason other than to gossip. There's also been an increase in hiring of managers who are rude and uphold awful values. Career-wise, if you're not aiming for a management role, you're basically deemed useless.

Manage your own time as an account manager along with feild based sales roles or hybrid office roles

Cons

The basic salary is well below average in the UK, pay rises are increasing unobtainable due having to 'tick so many boxes'. Sales targets are unrealistic which means the majority of sales reps cannot earn bonus despite bringing in considerable amounts of money for the company.
