Amazing peers in my department. Fair compensation.
Cons
Leaders that bully their team members. The amazing culture they speak of disappeared in hard times, from the pandemic until today. Pointing fingers on other departments when sales aren't going great. To maximise their Great Place To Work rating they exclude departments they call "shared service". "We are all a big family" is just like the ironic memes on Insta. Development promises usually leads to more responsibility without further compensation.
