Company car but company uses as a driver Incentives are not satisfied

If you are achieving your target set by the company, than you will get scolded but atleast your inside will not feel it and your job would be safe for that particular month. You are like dog to the top management If target meet than it is done by company guidance and training. If target doesnt meet than yiu are the one who is not doing work judicially. You will daily listen that company will fire you If you can lick well you will survive

Favoritism from management that rotate from India. They typically bring in subordinate from India that had worked from them and continue to promote or give them opportunities that do not fit them
