I note that you wrote 2 "cons" which I'm happy to address. With regards to slow growth and small territories, we continually monitor the performance of our business and the sales approach we take, this is an ongoing task and we're happy to admit that we don't always get it right. We do work hard however to make adjustments as needed to our strategy, and will continue to do so to ensure a successful organisation and most importantly, an enjoyable workplace for all employees.
