It’s nice to see you find our culture great and find you have flexibility within your role; we’ve worked hard to foster a caring culture and it’s great to have you as part of this. With regards to career advancement – you mention that this is highly contingent on geographical mobility. Whilst it is true that if you are able to relocate, there are many different avenues of roles you could be considered for – as you know we’re operating in over 120 countries and being open to relocation does open up many opportunities, however if you’re not mobile (and we totally understand why this wouldn’t be possible) this does not mean that opportunities are limited. As you know (you have noted you are a current employee) we have several discussions throughout the year to talk about your short term and long term goals and development. As part of this discussion, your line manager will be talking about next steps and what actions you need to take in order to achieve your goal.
