      Pros

      Hilti has a great way of hiring people that get along very well with one another. Best peer group of any company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Low pay, constantly shifting bonus structure, constant changing of managerial focus and 'flavor of the week' nit-picking of activities, user unfriendly crm software

      Pros

      Plain & simple, the people. It is the only good reason to think about working there, or even thinking about not leaving the organziation.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks respect & confidence from most. Too often they change the "focus of the day". Then the follow-up for accountability is highly lacking.
