Flexible hours and it is a great tool for networking with business oriented guests. If you have a great management team on your side, you will love going to work.

Cons

Communication can be an issue and if things are not being stated or approached, people will be on different accords.

Pros

The guests are rather nice I suppose, the management isn't all that bad, usually. Relaxed working atmosphere. Somtimes there are complementary beverages from the pavillion pantry.

Cons

Inflexible hours I would consider to probably be the biggest drawback here, other than that, maybe having to stand around or something.

Was a great team. Loved working with the different departments. Met some famous faces and built many relationships.

Cons

Pay is horrible and you work so hard for no reason. Management does not reward your efforts, but that all depends on the owner group.
