Pros

Next to none pros. The front end of the interview is a sales pitch and makes it sound like a potential future. The executive staff is a great team, minus the general manager' (part owner) pretentious attitude.

Cons

Renascent Hospitality is a unorganized management company with rare room for employ growth! Department budgets are slim, which makes everyone's job hard to get done. Employ attrition is high due to low pay with high employer expectation. No benefits and poor schedules.

Good place to work at. Management is fair when it comes to time off requested. Management are all good people.

Cons

You are probably not ever going to get a raise. If you want to move around in the company it will take a while yo get things in motion.
