Pros

Travel program is awesome. Maternal and paternal leave are a great addition. Can easily transfer to other locations world wide.

Cons

Can be Short staffed during busy times, have to pay for parking when working downtown, no other big complaints. I love working here.

benefits are great both for the company and medical always need employees there is always work to be done friendly team environment

Cons

scheduling is inconsistent. schedules come very late and change weekly/ daily even. time worked for company makes a huge difference.

Free hospitality orientation you get certificates for your next job plus learn a thing or two.

Cons

I was discriminated by certain managers , they force to work long hours , no breaks , a pile of side work , pay is low unless you make tips. Environment was awful they always look for things to blame you even if it wasn't you. If the guest is rude to you management will take their side and threat to fire you if you speak up. They don't care if you get injured in the job. They keep your tips they sent me a $200 check a year after basically kept my money for 1 year!. The place had roaches , and leaking from the ceiling when it rained.
