Nothing most employers don't offer: Paid time off, 401k Soon low priced stock 3% raise per year if you do a good enough job

Cons

Lower paying than similar jobs Workload unmanageable Little to no promotion opportunities unless you decide to move to another area Systems outdated or do not work efficiently Management only cares about the budget or SALT scores

Beautiful hotel and amazing parent company in Hilton

Cons

This hotel has terrible leadership that cannot handle the stress of opening a new property. They run around in circles and assign blame to lower level team members for issues that should have been addressed by the leadership team.
