Pros

Beautiful hotel with so much opportunity. It has all of the latest technology which would put a leader working there above the rest of the competition if learned.

Cons

-Terrible Executive Leadership- no consideration for those who truly care about the success of the hotel -Average of 14HR days without any type of additional compensation -Favoritism / Politics amounts all Managers/ Directors

Pros

I love that we get to stay at Hilton Hotels for only $35/night if available. I love that the schedule is flexible for you to set around what works for you.

Cons

-Having to take calls back to back to back can get overwhelming and if you split up your time you feel that your working all day and night. - The hourly rate is not good, unless you are exceptional at selling the partnership calls and can get a great incentive for sending callers to HGV and EHI. -
