      Pros

      After working in the hospitality Industry for the past 15 years in multiple hotels I can honestly say this hotel ranks in the top for many reasons, the GM is awesome, the work environment and teammates are great, and the benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Honestly, I cannot think of one bad thing which is pretty spectacular.

      Couldn't ask for anything better

      Pros

      Your first week working for this company really sets the standard. It was unlike anything else. Everyone at Hilton truly loves working for this company, the moral and attitudes of everyone there are evidence to that. Walking through the halls everyone greets you and acknowledges you like you've been friends for years. It's not something to take for granted. The clientele are wonderful, they're usually traveling from other states or even countries and they're always so polite and kind, the culture that surrounds this place is a one of a kind experience.

      Cons

      Management seems to just repeat mistakes and wonder why nothing is being changed, or why they're seeing the same results.
