      Pros

      Too many to list in a review. Love working for Hilton. At the office, there are numerous initiatives each month to ensure we are well looked after. From complimentary massages, discounted Body Shop stuff, health MOTs, parties, free fruit, and a heavily subsidised Team Member restaurant, our Workplace Services team, along with senior executives all play their part to ensure we have a fantastic environment. Career progression opportunities are there and advertised internally for us to take advantage of. Training opportunities are fully laid out and emailed to every employee monthly, along with plentiful online resource. Hilton truly lives to its values and I love it.

      Cons

      Sometimes, to get that next job, depending on what you're looking for, you'll either have to be patient, or be mobile to move across the country/world.

      - Working in the Revenue Management I have by far the best Work/Life Balance ever experienced in my 10-year Hospitality career. - Expanding department with endless advancement opportunities. - Leadership takes your concerns seriously and works to resolve issues immediately.

      - Office diversity could use a little help. - Benefits are best in the among any company, but base compensation could be improved.
