Huge emphasis on training and self-development, encouraged to take up as many opportunities as possible, family atmosphere, very consistent across the brand in terms of standards and ways of working.

Cons

There are no negatives, it is a brilliant place to work

- great family atmosphere - amazing development and progression opportunities - cross-exposures and transfers to other departments - supportive management that inspires the team to think outside of the box, come up with ideas and projects - great work/lifestyle balance - amazing benefits incl. Hilton Staff Rate in our properties worldwide (my favourite), F&B discounts, access to Hilton Market Place with retail discounts and offers, and more depending on the location

Cons

- basic salary packs are competitive with the local markets, but not competitive enough with other industries
