Pros

Staff discounts on hotel stays across the world, some discounts on high street shopping. Can't think of anything else which speaks for itself.

Cons

Salary below marlet rates. Very long hours, poor training and lack of leadership. Pressure on getting work completed, but no emphasis on quality or desire to improve the situation.

Pros

Steady hours, nice management (with exceptions), good staff lunches, booking shifts without issues, although getting everyone organised can be a nightmare, paid training + one-off sessions later on

Cons

They do not understand the needs of staff as well as the fact that paying minimum wage will not give you motivated, or highly skilled staff members

Pros

I have been at one of Hilton's corporate offices for almost a year now and I love my job. My coworkers are friendly and passionate about their work and my managers are fair and understanding. There is a lot of flexibility in hours and we are able to work from home once a week. We are constantly thinking of new ways to improve, which keeps our work fresh and exciting. I receive nearly a month of paid vacation time per year and incredible discounts on hotels, which I am now using to travel and live the Hilton values.

Cons

Entry level pay, however I am looking forward to growth within the company and the pay that will come with it.
