Hilton Worldwide provides a good opportunity to meet people from diverse background and to deliver the highest standards of service in all aspects of the hotel.

Cons

Unfortunately the Hilton Management does not take care of the safety and welfare of its employees and this results in high employee dissatisfaction and turnover. The office is over-crowded, no proper storage, inadequate sprinkler system ,etc.

Great PTO, great health care benefits, and a great 401K plan.

Cons

Low pay, bad management, high employee turn over rate, and though the work load keeps you busy, many of the employees, are not consistent their work load, so your being overworked.
