Pros

Work at home, team member travel program, decent benefit package, decent starting pay for a CC job, quarterly bonus if you hit your numbers, nice people

Cons

Little communication, help desk is not well trained, severe technology issues across the board (phones go down frequently, poor implementation of new password security feature causing an influx of calls regarding login issues, system fails to post stays constantly causing angry customers, chat feature to get assistance with questions is constantly down). My biggest con was that the on boarding team lies about the timeframe for moving up to a new position. I was told during my interview there would be a technical support spot opening that I could move into within a month or so, then the training team said 90 days buy could be sooner depending on experience and need, but when I applied I was told even though I was qualified all employees had to wait 6 months before moving into another position. Getting to see how much money you made for Hilton ($25000 in a month) and the 0% commision because CC doesn't get commision, only reservation agents get that.

Pros

Clean and organized work place, friendly team members, discount hotel rates (for employees, friends, and family), PTO, free lunch, free parking, and free dry cleaning for uniforms. There were sometimes special events and meals, a big holiday party for everyone, and on rare occasions raffles and prizes. Great for out-of-country interns (they are not called interns but the term has slipped my mind, they start right out of school and only work 1 year per location and then move to a different country); they would get picked up from the airport in the hotel's audi, given a hotel room until they found an apartment, and also an allowance for food while they were at the hotel. They also had the best treatment from management and human resources, and they get better titles without the responsibilities.

Cons

High turn-over rate. I witnessed 2 great assistant managers and various great employees leave due to lack of advancement. Positions were available for promotions from within, but the company would hand the responsibility of these open positions to current employees which they accomplished with excellence, and instead of promoting equally qualified employees from within the hotel they would later hire from the outside and have the current employees train their new bosses. There was also a strict "heels only" rule implemented for the women working front desk, there are no chairs/stools in at the front desk area and you would have to be your entire shift standing in heels (which the customers could not even see due to the desk). Sporadic schedules. Aside from the overnight staff, all other employees would alternate from the morning and evening on a day to day basis. Each week was different and sometimes employees would be scheduled to close one night and then open the following very following morning.
