Not very sociable hours of work (just like any other hotel)

Management My immediate manager was awful. He pawned all of his work on me and my fellow coworker while other employees slacked off. Any issues brought to him were ignored. We were lied to about raises and work performance. He would often talk about they employees behind their backs. The restaurant was very unclean and had an awful stench. I think that if this was a corporate location, it would be so much better, but the location I worked at was a franchise and definitely did not live up to Hilton standards.
