      Pros

      Great people to work with. I worked for Hilton for over 10yrs, I started out at the bottom in reservations, and in just 3 years I had worked my way up to management in the executive offices. Management listens to your ideas & salary proposals with an open mind. I, for the most part, always got what I wanted.

      Cons

      At times, it can be a very "political" environment. To get in with the company, it tends to be an issue of who you know.

      Pros

      This is a wonderful hotel to work at. Everyone is very friendly, and the pay is fairly competitive.

      Cons

      Despite what they say, the management rarely promotes from within. There is a lot of job-hopping between the Hilton hotels in Orlando, as well as competitors.

      Pros

      You always have hours if you want them. You have a chance to work your way up for higher pay and positions, the managers at my location were always flexible with scheduling. The travel benefits are awesome.

      Cons

      Low pay for the work required, dealing with people can be difficult at times, constantly covering for employees who don't preform as well, but the management still keeps them.
