      Pros

      The best thing about Hilton is their benefits package. From what I have heard hilton has the best team member travel plan but on the flip side there is no holiday pay. All resorts are open 365, but I do remember it in the late 90's they had holiday so it looks like the employees traded this for that.

      Cons

      Hilton is one of the largest hotel chains in the world and usually Hilton is a management company. I have noticed through out the years that managed properties take a bit longer to get proper equipment and repairs due to budget restraints.

      Pros

      Being able to assist guests and customize their stay according to their preferences. Working with a great group of team members who are always willing to go above and beyond their call of duty. Feeling of empowerment to make something right when problems arise.

      Cons

      Not exceeding expectations. Working at such a busy property, sometimes it feels as though it takes away from the guests interactions.
