It is a good company in general. In many cases there are many opportunities for someone to grow and relatively fast. Very good benefits program for the staff members. Organized

Cons

Every hotel is different in terms of location and business needs. There not much focus on development of the staff. There too many standards and policies that are barely followed. There is inconsistency and differencies from one hotel to another that might become frustrating.

Plenty of hours in the Summer, work is pretty easy. Nice co-workers.

Cons

Management sucks, unprofessional, got laid off over a text message and when I went in for an interview they were 20 minutes late. You can tell they really don't care about their employees.
