Free abd discounted vacations, you can also work at home

Cons

Holidays are based off seniority so more than likely you will be working the first year or so.

Pros

Working at Home, discount hotels WHEN its available.

Cons

Absolutely horrible management, probably the worst I've ever had and I've worked in other call centers that I only thought were bad until I worked at HRCC. No communication whatsoever, most of the time it takes multiple emails to your supervisor to get an answer if you ever get an answer.

Pros

Good benefits, good hours. The work is somewhat interesting.

Cons

Employees are micromanaged from every level of management. You will spend more time defending your work than actually doing it. Constant criticism even if you are a good performer. Very little room for career growth. Poor pay.
