Pros
Great place to work with very good benefits and generally friendly and polite people. You are treated like an adult, good work/life balance, a lot of flexibility depending on where you work and who your line manager is. Growth opportunities are there for the taking.
Cons
Not much of a fun or vibrant atmosphere to work in, European headquarters' location not great, lack of interaction between departments, can also be a very corporate environment at times. Although growth opportunities are there, progression can often be sluggish.
