      Pros

      Very highly regarded in the industry, especially for conservative investing.

      Cons

      An other word for "conservative investing" is "not competitive". Managers at Hines find themselves cleaning their pencil drawers while managers at competing firms are buying and developing exciting projects.

      * Decent Pay * Decent Benefits * Growing Industry * Company has good reputation with clients/contractors * Most employees are friendly and helpful * Some regions are very involved in the community which is nice * Company focus on earth sustainability and eco friendly materials

      * VERY limited room for growth. Even in the big cities, so other reviews are accurate in this. *Politics and who you know play a huge part in your career development if you are to advance within, much more so than other companies. * Corporate/regional opportunities are rare * Company boasts about developing talent, but are very detached from most employees * Other companies may offer better pay/benefits * Not very diverse
