      A Good Focus On H&S & Mental Health

      Cons

      Poor management, little leadership, little concern for you as a person certainly where it affect the running and or operation of a depot for example. Pay is less than other companies within the industry. Moral and general culture poor.

      Limited opportunity to truly develop in marketing - more of a place to take advantage of your existing experience Leadership can be rigid People's motivation for change is low, not a place to easily innovate.
