      Pros

      It is a supportive and friendly environment. The work is varied and interesting, with lots of opportunities to challenge yourself in a supported environment. There is an open culture of discussion and people will make time for each other.

      Cons

      We are spread across multiple sites, so it can take some effort to build relationships, but there is lots of support for this and help in connecting with colleagues across the organisation.
