Pros
Most shop floor staff warm and welcoming, pleasant building.
Cons
Diabolical and discriminatory management who lie to and backstab employees even over confidential issues. Promotes H&S and Mental Health wellbeing but does nothing but offer lip service. No support for anyone following minor or major illness, in fact they either push you till you leave or make you redundant. A completely misogynistic environment where it is commonplace to demean women with sexual comments and a total inability to follow grievance procedures or legislation. Management see fit to ask wholly inappropriate questions in 1-2-1's and blame culture/bullying is rife. Regularly expected to carry out overtime for free and criticised if you dare to have a life which renders you unable to, and heaven forbid you're anything other than heterosexual! This place needs covering by Channel 4's Dispatches program.
