The management team from Switzerland treats offshore Indians team members as if they had purchased them. No respect for individuals. I will always regret a year which I had spent in this organisation. There is no culture, people who stayed here for long time treats juniors like it is their father's company. Lastly, if you are from SAP background, stay unemployed rather than joining this company. Sorry for so straight but I had terrible experience here.

No one to champion that pursuit. - Needless micromanagement by select members of staff. - How production scheduling is arranged is done without understanding of the obstacles incurred by the production team, so often less efficient approaches are decided upon. Supervisors have little room/authority to deviate or modify for better results, despite being financially incentivized(or penalized) for success or lack thereof.
