Compensation is way above industry average. Benefits as well.

Cons

Head office is quite crowded. If you have allergic rhinitis, good luck with early morning sneezing because of the odd condition of carpets. People are quite okay except for some who have a DNA of office politics and constant backstabbing. Managers are good technically but significantly lack people skills.
