Pay, along with some of the fellow employees within.

Cons

Management, favoritism, buddy system, unpredictable hour cuts and lay offs. I will not name anyone however I will warn you of buddy system along with management blackmail within the Spartanburg roofing plant. If you are not in a certain group, you are a fall person and nothing but someone to place blame on. Or blatantly lie on to make them look better. They reward the laziest of employees and use the hard working employees to their advantage.
