      Merger is dragging down company on all fronts

      Before the merger big hopes of all employees that the best practices of both companies will be safeguarded and further developed.

      Cons

      Nobody cares about people it is only about cost cutting; the best people are leaving the company; some people development exist only in some Group Companies due to individual initiatives
