Pros
Very dynamic, challenging atmosphere. Vast resources are amassed in terms of knowledge and tools to operate. Good pay. Very health and safety concerned environment.
Cons
Old boys club type of core organization. It is really hard to tap into those enormous amounts of experience accumulated as it is kept inside an inner circle. Once you reach that circle further experience sharing almost stops. Sometimes it is even hard to get any new contractor or business service provider in just because it does not belong to a group of trusted providers.
