      Good company depending on position & region

      Pros

      My position was well-trained and my team was supportive & helpful. Freedom to perform my work without being micromanaged. Lots of variety in my workload. Learned a lot from my team.

      Cons

      The region in which I worked had a very negative culture. Not a team atmosphere. Some people seemed lazy, not forthcoming, or were not strong in their positions.

      opportunities for travel, multiple opportunities to connect to remote colleagues

      Cons

      Merger not going well, employees reapplying for jobs, not knowing if they will have a job for over a year. Lack of communication to employees. Looking to save a $ at the expense of customer service and the employee. Sad.
