      Pros

      Lafarge sucks. That's the new company that took over. The buy company for about a year and then they sell them off

      Management sucks. They tell you to do things that they would never do there self in a million yeats

      Too many responsibilities for employees means that nobody has time to help one another. Non-collaborative and hostile atmosphere. Lack of process & procedure makes for chaos day in and day out.
