      Above industry average payscales. Financially sound with adequate resources to support operations. Widely promoted health and safety culture Driven by intense performance culture

      Cons

      Legacy systems and controls tend to hinder and delay work. Lofty and often unrealistic goals Integration and merger could have been handled better with a drawn out 'restructuring' process. Subsequently departments are understaffed with large workloads being a regular fisture.

      ABig structured company. Lots of human. resources. Strong corporate resources available to plants when needed to help out.

      Cons

      Slow moving. Hard time making business decisions. Have cut Human resources at local sites to think across all the BUs. No bench strength to allow successions planning.
