Pros
Work for Lafarge for 12 years. I had an opportunity of growth in those year to 4 different positions. Lafarge encourage personal growth by promoting education and keeping up with certifications.
Cons
Lafarge is constantly reorganizing and every reorganization is extremely stressful. One year the whole department had to reapply for your own position and new available positions. I have two interviews and had to present a case study for each position that I apply for. I survived the restructure to only 6 month latter another announcement of another restructure all over again. Very poor moral and very poor management.
