Business Outlook
Pros
The pay was awesome. My co-workers were pretty good to work with as well. Work-life balance was good. The hours were flexible with the options to work from home.
Cons
There were tons of systems changes. It seemed like when we figured out one we were switching to a new one. Newer systems weren't always better system either. Some were major set backs! Also, with so many different umbrellas people working in different departments often only worked for the benefit of their department. They often forgot that we were all one company and should work together and stay in sync. Also medical benefits were trash.
