      Pros

      Used to be an excellent company that valued its employees and provided many opportunities (no longer the case). Good people. Excellent technical competencies, wide network of plants. Many opportunities if you are ready to relocate.

      Cons

      Decision-making process is slow. No more respect for employees. Frequent reorganizations.
